  1. I have never heard of myrtle berries! I think they resemble blueberries in appearance. (Do blueberries grow in Israel?) Apples are such a “kind” fruit! They blend well with all sorts of things. I love the way you are willing to experiment with whatever foods the Good Lord puts in your hand.

      Yes, these berries resemble blueberries in appearance, but not so much in taste. Blueberries and in general most berries don’t grow very well in Israel as most regions are too hot for them. I’m a berry lover, which is why I’m so excited about this find.
